Alpacas, LLC, established in 2004, is owned and operated by
Ed and Debbie Carpenter. We are currently located 26
miles southeast of Denver, on the beautiful Colorado high
plains. Immanuel Alpacas tested every alpaca on our ranch
for positive titers to BVDV. The results were 100% negative.
In addition, we have PCR tested this year’s crop of crias
and 3 yearlings attending the 2006 Great Western Alpaca
Show. Those results were also, negative. We 100% guarantee

Type: Huacaya Female
ARI #: 819017
Lovely Kiana
has exceptionally soft, crimpy
fiber. She has delivered several
exceptional crias with exquisite
fiber in a variety of colors:
light fawn, light brown, dark
fawn, and true black. Her 2004
cria Barony placed first at the
ABR Fall Fest halter show in
2004 and second place in fleece
at the same show. Kiana herself
is also a blue ribbon winner,
placing 1st at the PABA show in
2002.
Kiana is currently bred to High
Plains Aviator. Aviator carries
unique bloodlines and has strong
heavy bone. His fleece is
extremely dense with long crimpy
locks extending through his legs
and full top knot. Additionally,
he has a wonderfully calm
temperament and a dark brown
dam.
We are very excited about the
combination of Kiana and
Aviator, and think you should be
too. Her cria is due in October
of this year.

Sire: Peruvian Fabio's Fancy
Dam: Beavercreek's Melody Rose
Color:
White/Light Fawn
Type: Huacaya Female
Heritage: 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian
ARI #: 830381
Lady Ariel is a
beautiful medium fawn foundation
dam with dense fleece (8 lb.
shear weight at 2 years old) and
nice crimp. She has thrown two
cria to date, both female, one
dark fawn and the other medium
brown. One of the females,
Elyse, has exquisite elite
fleece and has taken two blue
ribbons in the extremely
competitive GWAS full fleece
halter show, in both 2006 and
2007. Her other daughter Diantha
won second and sixth place
ribbons and the equally
competitive AlpacaPalooza and
Alpaca Western Extravaganza
shows. Both daughters will
remain part of our foundation
herd, thus allowing us to offer
this lovely dam for sale.
Ariel is currently bred to FR
Peruvian King Richard, a 3/4
Accoyo herdsire with fawn, light
rose grey, and medium rose grey
in his background. We are
excited to see this cria! Ariel
is also a very sturdy and
attentive dam with plenty of
milk who settles easily.
This is a wonderful opportunity
for a quality dam, proven to
throw excellent colored cria -
and she is due in the beginning
of September!

Color:

Type: Huacaya Female
Heritage: Full Peruvian
ARI #: 851897
Due in less
than one month! Angelee is a
lovely full Peruvian white and
fawn alpaca with a lovely,
crimpy fleece with butter soft
handle which she inherited from
her sire, Derwydd Peruvian Novio,
(out of 4Peruvian Starr Khan.)
Her dam is the multiple blue
ribbon winner and lovely
Peruvian import, PPeruvian
Latina. Angelee is big, bold and
striking in her presence which
no doubt helped her place 2nd in
her class at both the 2004 &
2005 Great Western Alpaca Shows.
She is currently bred to
multiple ribbon winner Xanadu P
Rodolfo for an Aug. 2, 2007 cria
which we anticipate will be a
exciting cria. Angelee breeds
easily, settles the first time,
and produced a healthy, handsome
cria in 2006. She would be a
wonderful addition to those
wishing to add a solid
foundation dam with unbelievably
soft handle to their herd.

DOB:
8/14/2004 Sire: Pikes Peak Mach One
Dam: Pikes Peak Taupe Az
Color: White
Type: Huacaya Male
Heritage: Full Peruvian
ARI #: 1444087
Uno, an
outstanding male from the
champion bloodlines of Bueno,
Caligula, PPPervian Grand
Master, and 4Peruvian Midnight
Express, is a large, well
balanced stud with strong bone
and an even, pleasing
disposition. In fact, he is is
perhaps the most gentle of all
the animals on the farm. His
temperment makes him an absolute
joy to work with.
In addition to his wonderful
personality, Uno carries true
black and medium fawn in his
background. We are anxious to if
he will put his fabulous fleece
characteristics on the darker
crias. As you can tell from the
photos, Uno also produces gobs
of fleece with outstanding
staple length, crimp, softness,
bundling, and uniformity.
Uno would be a complement to any
herd, but this opportunity
should be especially appealing
to new breeders - this is a
great chance to add excellent
fleece characteristics and
proven genetics to your herd for
a very affordable price.

Did this fleece
photo catch your attention?
Patout was a bit of a curiosity
several years ago when he was
moved from a southern Colorado
farm to one around Denver, and
his fleece changed colors! Many
fleece experts from around the
world were consulted, and in the
end the consensus was that a
change in nutrition caused the
different rings of color. After
he was shorn that year, his
fleece once again came in one,
uniform color.
Today, Patout is a light fawn
unproven male out of Maple Brook
Fandango. He has perfect
conformation, good size, a
perfect bite and his sire and
grandsire's legendary fiber:
dense, consistent, and uniformly
crimpy with well organized
bundles.
Unfortunately, Patout's only
shortcoming is that his stats
come back too coarse to sell him
as a herdsire. Therefore we are
selling him as a non-breeding
fiber male. For a fleece sample
please email or call us.
